Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of Reveald and applies to all users, including freelancers and their clients who access portals. By using the Service, you agree to comply with this policy.
1. Prohibited Content
You may not upload, share, or distribute content that:
- Is illegal under applicable local, state, national, or international law
- Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others (copyright, trademark, patent)
- Contains sexually explicit or obscene material
- Promotes violence, terrorism, or hatred against individuals or groups
- Contains malware, viruses, or other harmful code
- Includes personal information of others without their consent
- Is defamatory, libelous, or fraudulent
- Violates export control or sanctions regulations
2. Prohibited Activities
You may not:
- Use the Service for any form of fraud, scam, or deceptive business practices
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Create multiple free accounts to circumvent plan limitations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts, portals, or data
- Attempt to brute-force portal PINs or bypass authentication mechanisms
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service
- Send spam, unsolicited messages, or phishing content through portal messaging
- Use the Service to launder money or facilitate illegal financial transactions
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without written authorization
3. Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content you upload and share through Reveald. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you upload, and that your use of the Service does not violate any third party's rights. Reveald does not review or moderate content proactively but may remove content that violates this policy upon discovery or report.
4. File Upload Restrictions
The following restrictions apply to file uploads:
- Maximum file size: 50MB per file
- Accepted file types: JPG, JPEG, PNG, WEBP, SVG, TIFF, PDF, AI, PSD, Sketch, Figma
- Files must not contain executable code, malware, or hidden payloads
- Files must be related to legitimate design or creative work
5. Portal and Messaging Conduct
Communications through portal messaging should be professional and related to the project at hand. Harassment, threats, abusive language, or inappropriate content in portal messages is strictly prohibited. Both freelancers and clients are expected to communicate respectfully.
6. Payment Conduct
Freelancers using Stripe Connect must comply with Stripe's Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy. You may not use the payment features to facilitate illegal transactions, evade taxes, or misrepresent the nature of goods or services. Invoices must accurately reflect the work performed and amounts owed.
7. Reporting Violations
If you believe a user is violating this Acceptable Use Policy, please report it through our contact form. Include as much detail as possible, including the portal URL and nature of the violation.
8. Enforcement
Violations of this policy may result in:
- Warning notification
- Temporary suspension of your account
- Permanent termination of your account
- Removal of offending content
- Reporting to law enforcement if required by law
We reserve the right to take any action we deem appropriate to enforce this policy, including immediate termination without notice for severe violations.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
